Wear comfortable clothes that you would wear to a stretch session. You want to ensure you can move easily (leggings, sweatpants and joggers), so we do not recommend jeans. We also sell rental clothing. Please wear socks to your appointment!
We will only work with clients who are beyond their third trimester. If you have any doubts, please ask your doctor. All of our practitioners are trained in pre/postnatal protocols, so will modify to safely accommodate your changing body. We suggest waiting at least 6 weeks to come back for a Stretch*ssage postpartum… and as long as you get the A-ok from your doctor!
