Think of it as an amazing, heating, body shaping foam roller!
Our Body Roll*r machine offers both a lymphatic drainage massage and body shaping (slimming). Using infrared heated rollers moving at an optimal speed, the heat and pressure supplied offers an acupressure massage that relieves muscle tension and stimulates lymphatic drainage.
The Body Roll*r speeds up metabolism, blood flow and lymph circulation which also burns fat, reduces cellulite and eliminates toxins. When done regularly, it can shape and slim the body, firm the skin and relieve muscle tightness.

FAQs
The Body Roll*r is a lymphatic massage that helps relieve muscle tension, eliminates toxins, reduces cellulite and cuts inches from the body.
Choose from our three Body Roll*r sessions (24, 30 or 45-minutes) and the machine will take you through a pre-programmed routine to target your particular area of focus. These easy to follow instructions will run on a TV screen in front of you and a Help*r will check in to answer any questions you may have.
You will feel relaxed and detoxified after your Body Roll*r session. You may experience soreness within 24-hours of your session. It’s working!
For best results, we recommend regular 45-minute sessions 2-3 x per week.
Think of the Body Roll*r as an amazing, automatic, body shaping foam roller that not only relieves muscle tension, but also slims you! Since the Body Roll*r moves at optimal speeds, all you have to do is lean against it and let it do its work. The infrared heat will help warm muscles up, reduce inflammation and tone the skin.
A Body Roll*r session is great before or after a stretch or done on its own.
We suggest wearing tight fitting clothing that covers most of your body (i.e. close-fitting long sleeved shirt and tights). If possible, wear light colored clothing so that the infrared light can penetrate to skin level. Tuck in any excess clothing so that it won’t get caught in the machine. And if you have long hair, you must wear it up to avoid any catching. And, as always, socks are a must!
The lymphatic system is the body’s system of moving stagnant waste and fluid throughout the body. It essentially acts like a pump that helps process waste out of your system. When the body is not getting a lot of movement or is stagnant, our lymphatic system can get sluggish. This means feeling tired and a slower metabolism, among other things. The Body Roll*r gives your lymph a boost! Our Get Puls*d Normatec compression boot service is also powerful for lymphatic drainage. We recommend a session post-Body Roll*r.
The rollers are set at an optimal speed and direction to work to send lymph fluid toward the lymph nodes. There are hundreds of lymph nodes widely distributed throughout the body. There are 3 superficial (near the surface) areas in which lymph nodes can be found:
- The Inguinal nodes in the groin
- The Axillary nodes in the armpit
- The Cervical nodes in the neck
The device should not be used by persons who have been diagnosed for the following conditions:
- Heart disorders
- Unregulated hypertension
- Cancer
- Varicose veins and Ecchymosis
- Pregnancy
Lymphatic drainage should not be used by people with acute inflammation, malignant
tumours, deep vein thrombosis or major heart problems. Because of its effect on the immune
system, people with cancer, diabetes, thyroid or kidney problems, asthma or epilepsy should
seek medical advice before treatment.
Definitions:
- Hypertension- high blood pressure
- Varicose Veins- swollen and sometimes twisted veins near the surface of the skin
- Ecchymosis- a discoloration of the skin resulting from bleeding underneath, typically caused by bruising.
- Itching is a normal reaction (lactic acid release)
- There may be some discomfort as fascia is released (ex. outer thighs) similar to using a foam roller.
- It’s normal to feel sore afterwards if you are not used to using it regularly (but not pain)
- Blood pressure can be slightly affected (low blood pressure might have symptoms of dizziness or nausea).
3 x week is optimal. Over time, this can help tighten the skin and results in a more slender appearance.
